Listing data

Scraped Zillow listing data stays in your browser. We do not receive or store your CSV exports or scraped listings on our servers.

Account data

We store your email, password hash, subscription status, license key, and device binding hash for license validation.

License validation

The extension calls our API with your license key and a stable browser device hash. We log validation timestamps, not listing content.

Payments

Payments are processed by Helcim. Card details are entered on our checkout page and sent directly to Helcim for verification; we do not store full card numbers.

Website analytics

We use Umami, a privacy-focused analytics service, on realtyscraper.io to understand page views and referrers. It does not use cookies for tracking and does not collect listing or CSV export data from the extension.

Support is ticket-based via /support. We do not publish support email addresses.
