FAQ
Common questions about the Zillow CSV export extension, Free and Pro tiers, and your account. New here? Start with Install or Pricing.
How do I install RealtyScraper?
Install from the Chrome Web Store or Firefox Add-ons, then open a Zillow search. The panel appears on the tab. Links are also on the Install page.
What is the difference between Free and Pro?
Free covers one search page plus up to 2 pages on Scrape all and a 15-column CSV. Pro adds multi-page collection (about 13 pages), detail-page contacts, and a 40-column export. See Pricing and the homepage Free vs Pro section.
Does Pro include agent and owner contact info?
Yes. Pro opens listing detail pages and adds contact columns when Zillow exposes them. Free keeps detail scraping off so you still get addresses, price, and core fields from the search grid.
Where does my scraped data go?
Rows live in extension storage on your machine. We do not receive your CSV or scraped listings. Pro validation sends only your license key and device hash. Details in our Privacy Policy.
How does Pro licensing work?
After checkout, open Account, copy your key, and paste it under Settings in the panel. The key locks to the browser profile you validate in.
Can I move my license to another browser?
Use Unbind device on your account page before activating Pro in Firefox or Chrome on a different machine. Open a support ticket only as a fallback.
Why does Zillow show a CAPTCHA?
Zillow may challenge heavy or rapid scraping. Slow down pagination, avoid parallel scrapes, and solve any CAPTCHA on the tab before resuming Scrape all or detail collection.
Are refunds available?
No refunds. Zillow integration can break at any time. See Terms of Service for the full policy.
Is RealtyScraper affiliated with Zillow?
No. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Zillow. Use exported data in line with Zillow's terms and applicable laws.
How do I cancel Pro?
Cancel from Account. Access continues until the paid period ends. Your license key stays on file if you resubscribe.
Will the CSV open in Excel or Google Sheets?
Yes. Each export is a comma-separated file with headers. Open it in Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet tool. Special characters use UTF-8.
